I’ve spent more than 20 years defending people charged with DUI, drug crimes, and serious criminal offenses across Georgia. Since the day I was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2004, I’ve made it my purpose to hold the government accountable and make prosecutors work for every inch of their case.
I don’t believe in rolling over.
I don’t believe in “easy pleas.”
I don’t believe the police version of events is always the truth.
My job is to challenge the State at every step—to scrutinize police reports, dismantle unreliable testing, and expose the constitutional violations that far too often get swept under the rug.
